At Access Christian Church, we offer a buddy ministry. We understand that your special needs family member may be more comfortable with someone who comes along side them to help them feel more comfortable in the Access space. All of our buddies are background checked and trained by Joni and Friends trainers from their New Mexico office.
Buddies can help make a church experience more comfortable.
Our buddies volunteer during our respite days as well. We enjoy giving caregivers some time to themselves, and your special needs family member can even have the same buddy for respite as they have during the Sunday service.
